Exchange
The exchange of purchased goods may occur by submitting a buyer's notification to the email address info@stabitech.pl referring to the order number and indicating the items to be exchanged. Then, after the ordering party returns the established order position, they have the opportunity to order the position of interest, taking into account the price difference.
Returns
The return of purchased goods may occur as a result of a complaint procedure and in the case of a purchase made outside the seller's premises and agreements concluded at a distance (e.g., purchases made by phone or internet), as well as when the parties so decide.
In the case of purchasing goods via the internet based on the Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products, we have the right to return the goods without giving any reason within 14 days.
When sending the goods to the seller, an declaration of withdrawal from the agreement and proof of purchase must be attached.
